Excellent work. The Team, especially Billy, worked hard at removing the old paint from my concrete driveway. Poor performance with inadequate preparations before installation of coating for concrete. The absence of plastic, paper, tarps and tape resulted in damage to existing surfaces around the concrete installation areas. The finish of the concrete itself has many missed areas where the coating never covered the concrete surface. Unfortunately inexperienced installation employees and unreliable surface preparation equipment created an environment of non professional craftsmanship with the end results being far less than desirable. We purchased beautiful concrete floors in our home in 1 day and simply put, we did not receive what we agreed to purchase. Buyer Beware! Unfortunately we made a mistake in trusting this company and its owner.
We highly recommend Diamondback Concrete Coatings! After three years of power washing our back patio (3 dogs + new construction + West Texas dust = headache) we decided this was the way to go. The quoting process was quick and easy and the price was reasonable. We were scheduled for service quickly. The guys did a fantastic job! Cure time was only 24 hours. Everyone was friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. Thanks guys!
